Complaints

At Alfalah business Group we believe to provide the best services to our customers. We have defined the complaint as a sign of dissatisfaction by the customers in relation to our services or products. Customer satisfaction is our first priority because Alfalah Business Group believes that we are surviving in the market just because of our customers. We aim to resolve all complaints fully and as quickly as possible. We define a complaint as resolved when we mutually agree that we have addressed all your issues.

Warranty

  • Original Warranty card .
  • Picture of damaged unit.
  • Picture of serial number mentioned on the unit.
  • Picture of serial number mentioned on the packing carton of the same unit.
  • picture of packing carton front.
  • Picture of packing carton back.
  • We will consider within 3 days of damage unit.

Freedom of Choice

Alfalah business group believe that customer is everything because of the customers we are surviving in this competitive era. We are providing freedom of choice to our customers because we are offering multiple ways to communicate with us. Alfalah Business Group Strongly believes that customers are the business so we are providing multiple options to contact with us. E.g. telephone, email, social media, website live chat portal and directly visit Office.

Exchange

  • If Customer not satisfied with product on reasonable grounds then product exchange can be made
  • If ground /reasons are valid then branch manager try to solve issue with negotiation process

Exchange when product is Faulty / Damage:

Only those requests will be entertained which are made by customer within 48 hours of sale transaction (time) . After 48 hours such product exchange will not be allowed in any case without approval from head office.

Reasonable grounds for exchange are :

  • If product is damaged (Manufacturing fault)
  • damage was not caused by customer.

Exchange when product is 100% okay with a condition :

  • Only those requests will be entertained which are made by customer within in 7 days of sales transaction , after 7 days exchange is not allowed in any case without approval from head office.

Please Registered your complaint regarding any stock unit at branch or call at this number (0300-0404149). Once your complaint is recorded we will monitor it till your complaint is getting done, Please keep copy of complaint number for your record .
